I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ibiza! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip—highly recommend!

The hotel looks good and is large-scale. The location is good. Unfortunately, that’s where it all ends. The rooms are so incredibly noisy that you can hear your neighbors moving in their beds. I’ve never had such a noisy room and I travel a lot. It feels like your neighbors are in your own room. However, the room was also not clean at all. The bath and sink were still covered in toothpaste and there were hairs all over the room. We came as a couple and requested a king-size bed in advance and the hotel confirmed this. However, we got two single beds, which is a real downside if you’re traveling together as a couple. The pillows on the beds also have no lining at all. The pool was freezing.

I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel for four nights in May 2025. The property is modern, well-maintained and very clean. The room was spacious, very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts (air conditioning, free Wi-Fi,). We particularly appreciated the breakfast, varied and plentiful, with fresh products. The hotel is located in a slightly decentralized position compared to the center of Ibiza (Eivissa), so it can be inconvenient for those who want to move on foot. However, just a few meters from the hotel there is a cheap car rental that turned out to be very convenient and convenient: thanks to this, we were able to easily explore the island without problems. There is also a bus stop a few meters from the hotel. The staff was always kind and helpful, ready to respond to our every request with courtesy. Furthermore, on my birthday the staff left us a surprise with prosecco and a dessert in the room, a much appreciated gesture that shows care towards guests.
Overall, an excellent quality/price ratio. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Nice hotel, very clean and spacious room. Animation team is super enthusiastic and lovely! We chose half board and enjoyed a variety of food for the value. View from the balcony is quite lovely and right next to the beach. Overall positive experience with the hotel.
The only issue was we got a different room (a downgrade) and hotel did not explain and only until I complained they tried to offer compensation. For anyone booking from platforms please make sure you check the room matches what you paid for.

Very friendly staff!
Only minus is the parking space. There is not a lot around, even in low season october. Hotel has a parking space but its 15€ a night and bit of a walk from the hotel.

Returning to hotel for 2nd time this year, May and Oct. Upon booking requested 2 rooms close together as bringing elderly parents in 80’s away with us after great stay in May. Also telephoned prior to arrival and was told a note was made of request. Upon check in my parents were located in block other side of hotel and receptionist was disinterested in our request which was disappointing, we couldn’t have been put any further apart. Pool area was crowded with guests saving beds early in morning so no chance of sitting around pool in afternoon when returning to hotel after a morning out. Lots of beds with towels but no one on them. Food selection good and catering staff work hard and are friendly. Just felt lacked customer service from reception staff upon check in and departure. Will not return again as no customer loyalty.
