Apesar de termos tido um contratempo com a nossa reserva (por responsabilidade da agência e não do hotel), fomos muito bem recebidos pelo staff, que foi incansável em ajudar-nos a resolver a situação. Deixaram-nos ficar logo na primeira noite, mesmo sem estarmos oficialmente registados, e sempre com uma atitude simpática e prestável. A localização é excelente, mesmo junto à praia, o que permite aproveitar ao máximo o sol e o mar sem grandes deslocações. A comida era variada e saborosa, com opções para todos os gostos. Destaco também a limpeza dos espaços comuns e dos quartos, que se manteve impecável ao longo de toda a estadia. Em termos de relação qualidade/preço, é difícil pedir melhor. Sentimo-nos bem acolhidos, seguros e relaxados durante toda a semana. Recomendo vivamente e voltaria com todo o gosto! 👏

The hotel has a lot of positives and also quite a few negatives, rooms are very very basic, as a family of 5 we’re all struggling with the food, it’s limited choices at the buffet. The staff work extremely hard to keep things clean and tidy and entertain people, the wrist bands are what opens doors which has been a god send not having to carry a room key round. Location is ok, hotel pool extremely overlooked by other hotels. It’s a good holiday on a budget

Overall the hotel was ok. Good for the children they can get food and drinks on tap. Entertainment was good the staff work hard and very friendly getting the children to join in. Room are ok very clean. Not kettle, no fridge. Had TV and there were English channels. The only down fall is the checking time is 11. Once you have checked out you cannot get any more food or drinks, if you have a late flight home. Or you have to paid €30.00 pp. I’ve never heard of this before, even TUI wouldn’t help.

Myself and my sister stayed here for 4 nights and was joined by my 2 cousins the day after. We was abit nervous about the hotel at first as read some reviews and they wasn't the best, but tbh we thought the hotel was abit dated but was spotlessly clean all staff did a fantastic job and was friendly. Daniel the entertainment guy was fab and friendly. The rooms was dated but fine n cleaned every day , food was no problem for a 3 star and snack bar was good n a great choice of food there. The drinks was ok but we did have to ask for doubles to feel tipsy 🙃 all in all a good hotel for the price in a fabulous area and beautiful beach. I would return but think the only negative was wristband gets removed on check out n if u have a late flight you can't use the AI after that and also you don't get tea/coffee in rooms and after 11pm you can get any .

I have no idea what has happened to this hotel but it has gone downhill very badly. This used to be wonderful now the food is virtually inedible, they are so short staffed and you don't get your all inclusive after 11pm...what's the point in an all inclusive that isn't...well..all inclusive?! The only really good thing about this hotel was the fact it was clean.

The check in process is very slow took nearly 90 minutes. The air conditioning didn't work the whole of the holiday despite been reported 3 times. One day we had no water for 4 hours and the next day no hot water all day. The mattresses are hard. There's no tea/coffee facilities in the room so worth taking your own kettle. The food is ok a good variety There weren't many sunbeds but 2 days into the holiday new sunbeds and umbrellas delivered. The hotel is dated. Good location to beach

Just returned 4th time at this hotel we find hotel very clean friendly food ok from arriving the staff are amazing. the only thing that let's thiils hotel down is English people. aye am English myself and aye can safely say it is an embarrassment to c the way people go on leaving food drinks all over the pool area. lovely hotel and we will be back thank you to everyone who works there.

He ido con niños y Karel, Cris y Daniel son lo mejor del hotel, gracias a ellos he podido disfrutar con mis hijos! Agradezco a este personal tan majo! El hotel es bonito y muy buen ambiente! El chico que hace los snacks súper majo! Hemos disfrutado de unos días!
