The hotel is in a great location on the sea front of the beautiful resort Es Canar. We had a junior suite sea view room which was spectacular. The lunches were brilliant from the pool snack bar van, they were a definite highlight. The pools and area was good. I did find the food a bit limited for evening meals, there wasn't really much choice at all, but I would have massive lunches! We really enjoyed our stay and as always we would come back - but we always say that!

It’s beautiful to the eye and very relaxing. The pool areas are lovely but the staff on reception need to be a bit more pleasant and the food is poor for a 4 star. If they got the food and running of the restaurant sorted it would be amazing.

A great northern Ibizan base.
Great Ibizan base. A well appointed hotel in the bay of Es Canar. Three pools, a spa and fitness centre.
A pleasant dining area with views of the bay and a nice patio area. Food choices are good as is the quality.
Hotel staff are excellent. Super friendly and helpful.
A hotel I’d be happy to return to.

Initially the staff tried to pull a fast one by putting us in a different room smaller than the one we had booked saying because we booked via ******* it’s the room we booked. But after a bit of back and forth we were given the right room and everything went smoothly. The pool view is a lot nicer and quieter than the sea view although the sea view is prettier in the morning. We chose the all-inclusive option and it was the best option

Won't stay again
The hotel is just fine. My Aircon was not working, took 2 days to fix it. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy when I checked in, Safe was broken and was not working.
Drinks are watered down and the pool is not clean.
