Schlechtes und fehlendes Essen. Kleine Tierchen im Essen. Es blieb der Hunger, da auch ungenügend nachkam, was kein Ersatz war. Wir reden zum Beginn des Abendessen. Ähnlich Frühstück. Obst zum Quark schlecht. Dazu baulicher Pfusch, Klebeband hält Zahlreiche Abdeckungen. Da nützt auch nicht das Entgegenkommen der Restaurantleitetin.

An sich alles soweit okay. Das Bad schön groß aber sehr altmodisch mit Duschvorhang an der Badewanne und dieser war auch noch viel zu klein. Waschbecken mit Rissen. Aber es war alles sauber.
Sehr hohe Parkgebühren mit 8€ pro Tag und viel zu wenige vorhanden. Garagen für 10€ pro Tag, super Idee aber nur wenn man mit einem Mini oder Smart anreist, ansonsten kriegt man keine Tür mehr auf.

Wir hatten im März vier Tage gebucht, welche wir jetzt storniert haben. Versuchten seit mehren Tagen telefonisch jemand zu erreichen, war nicht möglich. Ich wendete mich dann, dahin wo wir gebucht hatten und teilte das mit. Dann erhielt ich einen Rückruf um Wellnestermine auszumachen. Der Kollege war total überfordert und hektisch, teilte uns dann mit, dass Urlauber ausschecken wollen und er keine Zeit hat. Sollte micht nochmal melden. Wieder keinen telefonisch erreicht. Meine Tochter versuchte per Email eine Massage und einen Strauß Blumen für den 07.03 zu bestellen, keine Antwort also rief sie an, da ich Geburtstag habe. Bei der Kollegin war dies nicht möglich, sie wollte eine Email senden. Bis heute nicht angekommen. Um an meinen Geburtstag dann nicht enttäuscht zu sein, stornierten wir die Buchung. So etwas habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt.
