真心覺得房間硬件設施不行完全可以服務周到一些，但是前台服務也真的是差強人意，入住過程中有問題去前台諮詢，三個前台你一言我一語，還有一個後腦勺對着人的陰陽怪氣，辦理退房明明沒有幾個人，卻等了好半天，一個員工打扮的人站在那裡聊個沒完沒了，前台全程坐在那裡，無視一切的感覺，總之硬件很差，因為温泉去的，全程沒有服務，早上停電兩次，連個通知都沒有，差評實至名歸的送給前台服務。

地熱國裏面很大，去哪都要坐酒店的免費接送車，很方便，打電話前台就能叫。
晚上也可以進來泡，冬天晚上泡温泉特別愜意，房間裏的臭雞蛋味是天然温泉的味道，淋浴房的熱水這種味超級濃，也代表温泉是超級濃的，這樣效果更好。温泉區裏有很多工作人員，看到浴巾濕了會主動詢問是否需要幫您拿一條乾淨的。
冰牛奶推薦喝，邊泡温泉邊喝冰牛奶是很美的享受。

每年都要到大理地熱國來泡温泉，這次訂的白族民居豪華泡池雙床房，性價比非常高，房間温馨舒適，寬暢，還配備有小茶台，邊泡温泉邊品茶，很是愜意。我們通常是晩上在房間裏的小泡池，泡完暖暖的睡個好覺。早上去温泉中心，園區佈局自然而不雜亂，小橋流水，綠樹成蔭，亭台樓閣，曲徑通幽，有不同功效、不同配方、不同葯理性能的30多個露天温泉點，在冬日的暖陽下，置身在温熱柔滑的湯池中，霧氣氤氲，悠哉妙哉，輕鬆自在，快樂似神仙。
酒店的服務員基本上都是白族金花，服務熱情周到，讓人有回家的感覺。

這是我住過體驗感最好的一家，酒店性價比很高，床品特別好 設備贊，洗漱用品質量很好，接送服務特別好，衞生間很乾凈，和小夥伴一起去玩，很開心、泡池很多、温泉水很好有硫磺味不是那種太陽能水 ，早餐很好吃 ，前台的小姐姐特別棒，服務又熱情，給我們各種解答沒有絲毫的不耐煩，我們問了很多問題，給我推薦附近各種好吃的好玩的，好吃、好玩、下次還來[愛心]
