Super séjour. Accueil très sympathique. Belle chambre.
De plus si vous ne voulez pas bouger pour manger le soir : il y a juste à traverser le halle d'entrée pour rejoindre le restaurant Bambù qui propose une excellente cuisine asiatique

An excellent place to stay in Andorra.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
The pizza's evening meal were delicious washed down by a couple of beers and tia maria.
Breakfast had a good selection of food.
All in all, an enjoyable overnight stay.
I will certainly consider this hotel for skiing trips.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Man konnte den Fluss rauschen hören, was beim schlafen recht angenehm war. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, auch die Lage. Zum Frühstück gab es genug Auswahl.

El extractor de la cocina da directo a las ventanas traseras de las habitaciones, así que sin aire acondicionado en agosto, imposible abrir la ventana para ventilar porque el olor a frito es increíble, por lo demás, todo correcto, la habitación necesita actualizarse pero estaba limpia, la recepcionista amable y el desayuno correcto.

La experiencia no ha sido muy buena. La ventana no insonoriza bien por lo que tienes un ruido constante del río. No tiene aire acondicionado y la calefacción apagada, había momentos en la noche que hacía frío. No había jabón en la ducha ni para las manos. El horario del desayuno empieza muy tarde, preguntamos la posibilidad de por lo menos tomar café y nos dijeron que a las 7 habría alguien y nadie se presentó. En general servicio y atención mediocre.

Had a great stay at our first ski resort. My auntie and uncle have stayed here previously and said the food there was the best! The food provided was delicious! The bar area was always nice and warm. The bus up to the gondola was very much needed! We did walk back a few times after a few drinks, which took about 25 minutes Would recommend getting a heated locker at the skiing place, saves taking the kit back and forth. We were told the buses can sometimes not run to schedule, so we made sure to get the first bus up as it was always nearly on time! The owners drove us up there once as the key to the door wouldn't work in the morning, which was very kind! Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
