Clean (except traces in the 2 showers)
Ideal for family.
Presence of blackout curtains for the night ok but curtains to protect yourself from the vis-à-vis during the day would be a plus.

The only negative was that we had a room with an ajoining door to the next room, and we heard talking and tv and other noises through the door which was not very pleasant.

The floors did not feel clean and there was small black dirt on the bedsheets, possibly from bed bugs. My son got many bites that night but not sure from what. Rooms were decent sized and enough beds to accommodate family of 5 within 2 shared rooms.

Not very warm welcome, rooms that seem clean but on closer inspection are blah. It is dying of heat and there is no way to cool down: non-existent air conditioning and no fan despite the extreme heat. Very noisy room doors in the hallway, which woke us up several times. Breakfast not great for the price. The photos presented do not reflect reality.

Interesting address, but a little "warmth" in the welcome would really be a plus (boss). There is no air conditioning system. The quality/price ratio is a little high, the breakfast is correct.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful location on the banks of the Ill, decent rooms with Italian showers...breakfast at 11 euros, nothing more, but a beautiful terrace on the water's edge...on the other hand, no air conditioning in the rooms and therefore in summer a stifling heat in the rooms

Attention pas de climatisation !
Hôtel propre mais chaleur étouffante dans la chambre qui n'etait pas aérée. Impossible de tenir dedans, exposée plein soleil hélas.
Pas de climatisation ok mais même pas un ventilateur pour compenser cela. Bref a éviter en été , mais pourquoi à l'arrière saison.
