Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Erfoud und ist als Selbstfahrer problemlos zu finden. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage im traditionellen lokalen Stil. Wir haben ein grosszügiges Upgrade erhalten, das Hotel war allerdings auch nur wenig besetzt, Sehr freundliches Personal, welches einen einwandfreien Service bietet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings war der Wasserablauf der Dusche verstopft, was bezüglich Reinigung und Sauberkeit sofort Fragen aufwirft. Aber die Luma-Suite verfügte noch über eine zweite Duschoption. Das Nachtessen war klstlich und reichlich, ebenso das Frühstück.

Der perfekte Ort am Rande der Wüste. Die außerordentlich freundlichen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen lesen dem Gast jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Hier fühlt man sich nicht als Gast, sondern als Freund. Das luxuriöse Ambiente tut sein Übriges, um sich rundherum wohl zu fühlen.

Un hotel increíble, ambiente tranquilo, casi familiar. Está a un paso del desierto y de las obras de Hannsjörg Voth. El servicio es excepcional y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Los desayunos y la comida de calidad con opción de platos típicos de la zona. Tiene unos jardines con piscina muy agradables y un patio tradicional perfecto para leer o charlar junto al bar. El hammam muy divertido, lo recomiendo. Es la segunda vez que voy y repetiré sin duda.

This is no where near a 5 star hotel. I can't believe it ever did qualify as a 5 star. My husband and I were appalled by it as an example of 5 star. We paid for a high level room and all we got was lots of space including a large outdoor patio with no appeal or privacy. Also the pool area was just a dust bowl The bed was fine and the staff were very good but the bathroom was terrible as was the food. There were better options in Erfoud that were cheaper. Do not be fooled by the pictures.

A welcome stop on the way to the Sahara! We were greeted personally in the large entrance hall where we were offered a traditional hand washing before being led to a smaller waiting area and served tea and cookies. The hallways, rooms and beautiful pool were quiet and enjoyable without the massive numbers that disembark from the buses. Here you get a more personalized approach. The dining room and bar area served delicious drinks with dinner and again a very generous and delicious breakfast was served before we had to leave. The hotel was clean, the grounds manicured and in spite of a few minor imperfections such as loose tiles, everything was wonderful! If you're looking for a quieter, more personalized and relaxed stay after a long trek to Erfoud, then please do consider Palais Masandoia.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. We stayed overnight prior to our desert trip. Dinner was great as well as a big breakfast spread. The place has a nice bar area and indoor pool. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
