Les prestations très médiocre, la bouffe y a que des pâtes et des sucreries pas d activités dans l hôtel, ma chambre a été très froide en période de fin d année, et pas propre, service très long , y a pas de dirigeant sur place pas d activités dans cette hôtel

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful design! Rooms are stunning. Lots of places around the property for photos. Two swimming pools to cool down. The best was the food! I never seen such variety of sweets every meal! I highly recommend this place to everyone! And huge thanks to chefs!

The Xaluca Erfoud is a really beautiful hotel, the best we stayed in during our recent tour of Morocco. Modern facilities but traditional design, very atmospheric. Our schedule allowed only one night here unfortunately, we would have liked more! We did fit in a 4WD trip to watch the sunset over nearby Saharan dunes though, which was great!

Stayed 2 nights as part of One Traveller singles group. Stunning hotel, built and decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. Quite the most beautiful and unusual room I think I have ever stayed in. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of choice. Good facilities including efficient bar and comfortable lounges. Morocco does seem to have a problem with bedroom key-cards. Throughout our tour, cards randomly stopped working in every hotel . A number of people in our group had to have them reprogrammed here.

Big spread out place caters well for coach parties. Dining room maybe caters for 150 people with long tables. Food was buffet and is fine. Rooms big. Easy to get lost at night. Did not like the concrete base for bed base and head board as it hurts you! I thought it was nice actually but remember its a transit hotel not a resort hotel. Tip the ac is operated by a white remote so dont waste time looking for a wall control

Our Gate1travel group was booked here for 2 nights. There were 3 other bus tour groups booked here simultaneously. Upon our arrival we were greeted with live music, dancer and mint tea along with cookies. This is a huge property and sprawling grounds with several buildings. We were assigned in the back buildings. Our room was very big and felt like staying in a kasbah house. However, the sand and dust was spread along our head board on our bed. I can understand sand is unpreventable on the floors but head board needed serious cleaning, not only in our room but 3 other rooms had same issues. Allergies among guests was triggered. After notification to management, it was cleaned up, but a bit too late. Breakfast hall is huge to accommodate big groups. Buffet food at breakfast and dinner was very good, many varieties and waitstaff helpful.

It is more of a resort than just a hotel. Spacious rooms with extended baths. Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, bar and excellent buffet. Multiple dining options. Well organized. Beds are rigid and stiff to climb onto as they are on top of a solid stone platform. Long walk to the rooms.

This is a great experience hotel. Really loved it the rooms are fantastic. The pool area and restaurant also great. Could have stayed there longer and enjoyed the atmosphere and being in the desert. You can go on the roof top to watch the sunrise
