Très bel établissement,bon confort,emplacement de première ordre,personnels très agréable,quant à la cuisine ont est en droit de s'attendre à mieux vue le tarif (pas de service à table) . Très belle chambre avec vue sur les dunes . Nous venons souvent à merzouga première fois dans cet établissement.

On a passé une nuit dans cet établissement après avoir passé une nuit dans le désert ( sous tente). Il faisait tellement froid qu’on a modifié nos plans pour arriver dans cet établissement tout simplement fabuleux. La vue, le service, les accommodations. Tout était parfait. Les chambres sont magnifiques et décorées avec goût. Douche bien chaude et lits très confortables. La vue sur la dune est tout simplement splendide. Ils proposent des départs en quad ou buggy pour aller faire du surf ou simplement un tour dans le désert. Cette partie du désert est magnifique et moins touristique. Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents. De l’apéro, à la soupe, au steak frites, tout était succulent ! Rien à redire, c’était parfait.

Een fantastisch hotel op een prachtige plek midden in de Sahara. Het hotel is prachtig en onze kamer beviel erg goed. Er waren verder geen gasten in het hotel en wij werden volledig in de watten gelegd. Het hotel werd nog gedeeltelijk verbouwd (daar hebben wij niets van meegekregen, was allemaal keuring afgesloten en netjes). Daarom was het nog niet volledig open. Ik heb mijn verjaardag daar gevierd en daar werd met een taart ook aandacht aan gegeven. De host Ali was bijzonder gastvrij en heeft voor een onvergetelijke ervaring gezorgd. Private dining aan het zwembad met muziek en ka****n/fakkels en een uitgebreid ontbijt. We kwamen niets te kort en al het eten was heerlijk. We hebben een kamelen tocht gedaan wat heel leuk was en Ali heeft ons ook meegenomen met een auto wat verder de woestijn in om een prachtige sunset te bewonderen. Er is 1 punt van feedback welke wij ook aan Ali hebben gegeven. Er is een tentenkamp in de buurt van het hotel wat ook bij het hotel hoort. Hier komen voornamelijk groepen met scholieren/jongeren. Wij hebben daar 1 avond geborreld en gedanst en dat was heel gezellig, maar deze jongeren mogen overdag ook gebruik maken van het zwembad bij het hotel. Dit geeft wat overlast aangezien ze luid zijn en muziek boxen meenemen e.d. Dat is jammer van het "high standard" hotel naar mijn mening. Wij hebben geadviseerd dit apart van elkaar te houden. Al met al kijken wij terug om een onvergetelijke vakantie.

This is the most incredible hotel!! The architecture and interior design is beautiful. It feels like an oasis in the heart of the Sahara desert. Upon arrival we were greeted with wonderful mint tea and pastries. We were invited into our beautiful room, overlooking the dunes. We were able to have wonderfully lavish breakfasts and dinners right on the property, and the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. Abdellah in particular made sure we always had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk through the dunes and rent buggys directly through the hotel, which was really fun. Could not recommend this hotel more for a luxurious stay in the desert!
