Nice staff, but the service is very bad. Delay in satisfaction of services, rooms large but not clean. Dirty sheets and blankets. Very average breakfast and meals. This does not correspond to the classification of the hotel nor to the prices applied. Poor management and ignorance of customer service.

Decent room, but noisy, and the worst begins at midnight with the arrival of a group of travelers and the suffering begins with screams in the corridors of the hotel, and the preparation of the rooms by pulling out the beds and the tables. I went down to reception to dispute this suffering, the gentleman replied coldly in his eyes that he was only a night watchman, if I had a complaint to make, I would keep it to myself until the next day . The icing in the cake is when the next day the receptionist calls the boss, the latter's only concern is how I reserved my room.
