Professional, supportive staff at every level. The hotel was clean and hygienic.Breakfast was awesome.

The room is clean, the service is good, it is near the shopping mall and many restaurants. If I have a chance, I will stay here again.

We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

Rooms were comfy and big sized, clean, food was good, overall a good stay. Hotel is right in the middle of an upscale neighborhood in kochi which is an added plus. City commute was easy due to the proximity to the shopping areas

The stay at Grand Hyatt was awesome The view of the water from the room was very soothing and rejuvenating The staff is very courteous A big shout out to Chef Latha, Chef Selva, Anirban, Sanjay, Bilini amongst others at Malabar Cafe. They made my stay very memorable - taking me on a culinary journey pampering me as well. The Spa Santata is outstanding My therapist Anagha was very good and had great healing hands. She took great care, was very polite and knew her job well.
