We chose this hotel based on location and favorable reviews. The bathroom
Had bugs crawling near the sink. The linens seemed old no longer white and crisp, and the pillows very poor quality all broken up, not firm to say the least
When we left we had four pieces of luggage and no one offered to help us ( two ladies) until we got outside or the hotel. I would not choose to stay here again.

"Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was a letdown. The room resembled a lodge and was in poor condition. There were numerous flies, and the cleanliness was subpar. Housekeeping fell short of expectations. On the bright side, the front desk staff, particularly one lady during check-in, were very helpful. However, the complimentary breakfast being provided at a nearby restaurant instead of the hotel was surprising. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this property without significant improvements."

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec une amie lors de notre passage à Cochin et nous avons été ravies. L'hôtel est très propre par rapport à ce que nous avons pu voir lors de nos 6 semaines de voyage en Inde tout comme les serviettes de toilette et le linge de lit. La chambre est grande et confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et la direction arrangeante. Nous recommandons ! 05 May 2025

nice hotel easy to access , near to main road , complete privacy guaranteed clean and neet rooms , near to Marine drive kochi we can easily access subash park in Marine drive , just 2 minit walk from hotel only,

The booked room was not available. Even after adjusting to a poor quality room, they were not able to provide basic facilities. We had to change room 04 times in 2 days before getting a better one and finally got a room with not even a good curtain. Very bad experience.
