We chose this hotel based on location and favorable reviews. The bathroom
Had bugs crawling near the sink. The linens seemed old no longer white and crisp, and the pillows very poor quality all broken up, not firm to say the least
When we left we had four pieces of luggage and no one offered to help us ( two ladies) until we got outside or the hotel. I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel I visited had a favorable location and offered a spacious room, complemented by attentive staff. However, the food quality was subpar, and upon check-in, essential items such as towels, a dental kit, and a shower kit were not available in the room. Although the shower kit and towels were provided upon request, the dental kit was not supplied. Additionally, I was disappointed with the condition of the toilet, which had small insects present and a toilet seat marked by yellowish stains. On a positive note, the in-house spa services were satisfactory

Good location, quick check in
poor maintenance. Towel, soap, shampoo, tissue paper were missing provider a. Dirty looking towel and soap after calling twice not recommended for the price offered

The hotel was very good. The best part was the cleanliness and the staff was supportive. They arranged the pick drop and house boat for me. Being a solo traveller, i felt very safe and secured there.

Very bad experience, insects in the room , washroom , bad smelling towels , no choices in breakfast , no taste , very bad smell outside the lifts.... overall very bad experience. Please don’t go this place.
