Staff is nice. The hotel is average, not bad, and not so good. Overall, it is good to stay because the hotel is near the marino drive and also in the market center

I booked a standard ac room, the room was very small, the bed was not comfortable. The corridors were full of alcohol and a smoking smell. This room was only who are looking for a budget room

1. Ac's were not working properly. 2. Inspite of booking deluxe room we got non-deluxe/ standard room of small size.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 persons. Only 2 towels available. Rooms were too small that it was difficult to accommodate 3 persons. Parking was not available. We had to park our car on road side. Only advantage is location.

Stayed for a day with my friends in 2 rooms. I would rate this as an average stay but can't expect much on this price. Maybe suitable for one day purpose. Definitely not recommended for family. There was some bad smell in the bathroom and room. In one of the rooms, there was no cooling, but we didn't bother to call the reception as it was already late at night. Some plug points were not working properly. Even the lock system was traditional. Also have a doubt whether they are changing and cleaning the bedsheets & towels properly. When it comes to the lift, we need to double check whether we are clicking the right switch. The location of the property is fine. But proper maintenance should be ensured.

Poor service provided. No bedsheets changed or cleaning service provided for two days of stay. Asked for extra towels for washroom but there was no subsequent reply from the reception. Really poor experience
