As you check-in they list out a bunch of instructions and restrictions. you can't do this, you can't do that. no food from outside no drinks from outside etc. found that very weird. there was no toiletry kit in the bathroom on day 1, then replaced. breakfast was fairly good. location is excellent if you want to move about in the city.

Recently visited the coffee shop at Avenue Regent, and it was a truly delightful experience. The ambiance was comfortable and perfect for a relaxed meal or a quick coffee break. The food and beverages were of excellent quality fresh and flavorful, A special mention goes to the Chicken Caesar Salad, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality dining experience in a cozy setting!

The rooms where Big and good but the room and the bathroom werent cleaned well...It had Hair all over...The Food was good and the staff where cortious Location was amazing

Stayed two nights, felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean from the reception area to the rooms, friendly and courteous staff. Ate in restaurant one evening food was good and again staff very attentive. Had breakfast on two occasions which was also very good, Cafe and cake shop next to reception worth a visit but slightly overpriced....

Located in the traffic-loaded crowded area of Kochi, and a bit far away from the island of Fort Kochi, it is still a nice friendly hotel. Spacious rooms with in room facility for tea coffee making, good beds, and nice decor. Breakfast buffet is very good, but dinner buffet is boring and pretty expensive. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Over all, good value for money and satisfied.
