I recently stayed at hotel burooj in kochi, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My room was not properly cleaned, and i even found glass pieces on the floor, one of which injured my foot. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and suggests lapses in housekeeping standards. Additionally, there was an adjoining room connected to mine, which made it uncomfortable and noisy, reducing my privacy. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

Hopeless stay. First of all we booked two rooms because we were a family of 4 members. The hotel gave us one room in first floor and second room in 3 rd floor. They were not ready to give us rooms in same floor. Second the rooms were not clean and the cubbords and accessories were faulty. Third the bathroom had no hot water facility. Toilets were not clean. Beds are old
checkin was bad we arrived at 12 but there was no one in reception and finally checked in at 12. 55.

Clean and neat room, the breakfast provided was good, staff behaviour was good, peaceful atmosphere, can easily access to edapally metro station
