Bad service, not recommended
It was a good experience in the first few days. After that they did not even clean the room and toilet properly. The breakfast was restricted with only few rotis for us. Others guests were provided as much as they wish. The last day there was a bun with fungus which was there for the breakfast.

If you don't care about hygiene or cleanliness...
Horrible place to stay. Cockroaches, stained chairs, dirty sheets (they just tucked back the sheets after the previous guest left). The springs in the mattress were so loud and uncomfortable. I wouldve slept on the floor if it wasn't for the cockroaches. They don't change the sheets in the afternoon unless we ask them to. A leading web search shows this hotel is a 4-star. This hotel is 2star at best and it's better to call them directly and book. They offered me less than half the price first because they didn't know my booking was prepaid.

Dear [hotel name/management, i recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The issues i encountered included: poor reception service, with staff appearing inattentive. Dirty bed sheets that seemed unclean and not prepared for new guests. Overall poor maintenance, leading to an uncomfortable stay. I hope you will address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response to this feedback

The hotel hygiene was pathetic with dirty bedsheets and pillows. The room service was really inefficient and poor.

unclean rooms no ventilation, beds dirty, bedsheets torn, mattress had lot of spots/ dirty. Room size too small
Stinky washroom. Rates too high. No room service. had not expected to have this kind of hotel rooms and service.
