Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the station for a short stay. The deluxe room was spacious and quite clean but the bedsheet had stains. The restaurant was a big let down from what appeared from the internet. I also didnt get a room with outside view. Hotel was close to the train station but in a congested area. Dlx room was spacious and quite clean but bedsheet had stains. TV has only limited channels. Restaurant didnt look professionally run. Overall average.

Stay is ok but services is poor. When we asked a bottle water no response untill we are check out.

Rooms were ok and clean. Food also was tasty. Amenities and services were also good. Location was very convenient.

The cultural experience at stayon hotel us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.
