The customer service was not great . They took more than 20 minutes keeping us in waiting for the check out procedure. And the offered child bed was not provided

Nestled within the foothills of the Western Ghats, at Mamalakandam is this amazing little palce - Maram, the resort. We were here during the monsoon of 2025, it was raining for most of the time. The rooms overlook the mountain ranges and you could see mist forming up and then all of a sudden vanishing to nowhere. We managed to go for a waterfall trek with Chllapan chettan, and we had Robin accompanying us. It was a bit adventurous having little children with us, but I should say it was fun. Kudos to Ayub, Akhil, Ashwin, chef and all them as a team. We felt so nice being here. Thank you for the amazing experience and hospitality at Maram.

A wonderful property if u like to have a peaceful stacation in between the forest and escape from all your busy schedule and city life.A lot of activities like indoor games,jeep safari,campfire ,trecking,bath in natural waterfall,natural swimming pool.

Just back from an incredible stay at Maram Resort Mamalakandam! The natural surroundings were breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. We loved trekking to the nearby waterfalls and enjoying the campfire with tribal food cooking demonstrations. Highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing and adventurous getaway! 5-star experience all the way! 😊🌟

I recently stayed at Maram resort and had a truly refreshing experience. The environment was calm, green, and beautifully maintained a perfect escape from daily stress. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was fresh and delicious, and the overall service was excellent. Everything about the stay felt peaceful and well cared for. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating retreat.

Best place to enjoy, good hospitality with chill climate . You can hire jeep for night safari and enjoy the thrill experience. Food taste also good.

Our overall stay was enjoyable, though tempered by some monsoon-related challenges. The rooms were truly excellent, offering a comfortable and well-appointed retreat. The restaurant, however, was a bit of a letdown. We experienced significant delays in service, which detracted from the dining experience. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the rooftop view. It was absolutely awesome, boasting a stunning ambiance with an open bathtub – a truly unique and memorable feature. We had heard many recommendations to visit during the monsoon season, but unfortunately, heavy rains disrupted some of our anticipated activities. Due to the continuous rain, the planned campfire with traditional cooking could not be held, which was disappointing. Additionally, the swimming pool was unusable as it was overrun with large, hairy caterpillars, likely due to the wet conditions. Despite these minor setbacks, the resort offers a promising experience, particularly if you're prepared for the whims of the weather during monsoon.
