The stay at the Mercy Hotel was a very bad experience. They are working during sleeping time . I can’t sleep because of the loud noises.

Our trip was for Visa purpose. This hotel is right in front of VFS office. Facade of the hotel is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. We took a suite room and it’s good. Breakfast is tasty and has variety of dishes.We took dinner in the room and it was delicious. It’s in the city centre so commute is easy.

hotel near by to cochin shipyard beautiful view from the room.well maintained and reception was very good.very soft spoken and overall nice experiance.
