If you are staying for a long period, just avoid this hotel. They will charge you Caution Fee/deposit in advance and will keep the money for 6 months because °they have the right to do it°. In my case I have stayed there for 30 days in June and after 2 months that I have left the hotel, that is what they told me. In my case it was even worst because at check-in they did not find my caution fee/ deposit and told me that either I would pay again or I could leave. I had my wife and children with me, so I paid again. We stayed there for one month, did check-out and nothing was wrong with the apartment and energy costs where included. And now seems that the second caution/deposit will not come before Christmas. As a company, they are not serious.

This place is simply disgusting. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The worst place I have ever tried to book a room. Inferior service. I got there in the evening and it turns out they missed sending a reservation code and I have no room any reception after 4:30. No excuse the worst apartment hotel on this planet!
