Die Unterkunft hat uns nicht gefallen das Zimmer war nicht sauber auf den Boden in Bad Flecken und Staub überall!
Frühstück überhaupt nicht zufrieden.
Es gab kein Auswahl für Vegetarier und Menschen die kein Schweinefleisch essen… der Ruccola war schon gammlig haben sogar Personal aufmerksam gemacht,dass es sofort entfernt werden müsste!

Hotels in Erkelenz
Das Hotel besteht aus modernes großes Zimmer, großer Fernseher und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und auch Radio im Bad.
Leider hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert.
Sowas sollte bei dem Preis nicht passieren.
Restaurantleistungen sind etwas teuer. Leider konnte der Burger nicht serviert werden, weil es kein Burger Brot mehr gab. Der alternative Serviervorschlag zu dem Burger Brot, war dann doch nicht das Wahre. Auch hier, sowas sollte bei dem Preis nicht passieren.
Der Service war im Grunde gut.

Der Empfang ist nicht besonders herzlich. Das Fitnessstudio ist mit 4 Geräten ausgestattet (Laufband/ Stepper und Fahrräder). Das Frühstück ist nicht gut! Ich besuche häufig die verschiedensten Hotels und das war das schlechteste Frühstück was ich bisher aufgetischt bekommen habe.
