What an exceptional crew. From housekeeping, front desk to the restaurant and starbucks this team is on point. I stay weekly in Marriot properties but this one truly rose to the top from a customer service standpoint. Things happen and I can be picky. This team was able to provide a solution oriented "whatever it takes" approach to own any small issue and make it right. I can't wait to return and recommend anyone coming to Erie choose this property for a comfortable and kind place to stay. The food is pretty wonderful but the service is the win! Comfortable bed, clean and functional rooms.

Courteous, quick check in. I liked the additional security of having to use your room key to operate the elevator. Erie did a nice job of developing the Bayfront. I liked that there is a restaurant on site so after a day of travel I didn't have to then locate a place for dinner. As this was a mini vacation for us, we splurged on a junior suite. The Bayview from lying in bed was a great bonus. Rooms were quite spacious and blessedly quiet. I don't usually stay at Courtyard hotels but this checked every box and was a great experience!

Location is wonderful. Walkaway around Lake Erie. Restaurant walleye entree wxcellent and desserts outstanding. Staff friendly and efficient. Loved the stay. All I can say is too short. Nearby shopping, Oyster Bar, and other attractions.

Disappointing. Small flies prominent in restaurant; implausible excuse for absent housekeeping. The food and beverage were fine but the small flies prominent in the restaurant led to a dissatisfying experience. When I asked why my room wasn’t attended to, I was advised that there was a “do not disturb” sign on my door. This is both untrue and quite disappointing behavior on the part of housekeeping staff.

We absolutely love this hotel. Right on the water, such a beautiful area and view. Love the outdoor infinity pool. The front desk was so pleasant and helpful to every request. Room very clean and spacious. Love all the restaurants and bars within walking distance. Woody’s and Rum Runners were fun places to have a drink near the water with live music. The Sunset was breathtaking. Bars had great prices, too! $6.25 for a painkiller is unheard of nowadays. This was our 2nd stay here and we for sure will be coming back next time we are in the area. Thanks to hotel and staff for a wonderful stay!!!

The Guest Experience Manager Grace Ruby was the rudest customer service I have ever had. She should not be in this position or business. Pools have too much chlorine. The shower is designed so there is water all over the floor. Room key swipe on door was literally falling off. Told Corporate and Mrs. Ruby but no one cares.

This place is amazing. Beautiful views of the bay. Clean, comfortable rooms. But the best part is the staff. Friday, May 10 Layla and Grace took care of us. They were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. We had dinner at the Shoreline Grille. Fish tacos were delicious. Swimming at the indoor pool was refreshing.
