I had terrible experience at the check-in. Staff are not friendly and well trained. I asked to change my room because of bad smell and non-cleanness of it. They said we can't do that and you must pay extra to give you another room. At least the could give a clean and well dressed one. Hotel facilities are not even at 3-star level hotel. No drinking water, no coffee, no slippers, no parking and even no assistance from the staff to face with shortages. Safety box is very small and even doesn't look to be safe. Rooms are not well maintained. Highly recommend to avoid this bloody location. Don't waste your money and nice holidays by selecting that

Posizione ottima e vicina ai parcheggi auto. Personale disponibile sempre, anche per bagagli. Camera ampia e pulita con terrazzino su strada principale. Colazione abbondante. Servizio reception giorno e notte. Ottimo anche il ristorante.

Eravamo 5 coppie che abbiamo deciso di trascorrere, per Capodanno, 3 giorni ad Erice. Siamo stati accolti in questo hotel come se fossimo stati in famiglia. Il ristorante dell’albergo eccezionale, ci hanno preparato delle cene buonissime. Le stanze corrispondevano alle descrizioni, molto pulite e accoglienti. La proprietaria si è fatta in quattro per accontentarci. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, come se fossimo stati a casa. Molto consigliato.

L'hotel è al centro di Erice e rispetta quanto promesso, le camere sono della giusta dimensione ed i letti abbastanza comodi. L'arredo è un po' vintage, ma pulito e ordinato. La colazionebuona è varia sia dolce che salata. I prezzi un po' alti

ho alloggiato in questo hotel nel centro di Erice per due notti con amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene. la posizione è ottima, sulla via principale della città. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale, sa consigliare posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Le camere sono pulite, belle per un hotel 3 stelle. Apprezzata molto la terrazza panoramica, ideale per finire la serata in chiacchiere godendo dell’ottimo clima di Erice sotto il cielo stellato.

Hotel eccezionale a gestione famigliare, abbiamo pernottato per 8 giorni per un lavoro, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Cucina eccellente come tradizione siciliana. Per chi vuole passare due giorni ad Erice credo che non ci sia posto migliore. In particolare la Signora Betti ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Esperienza pessima. Camera con bagno non pulito. Su richiesta ci hanno cambiato la camera, con anch’essa il bagno non propriamente sanificato. Asciugamani del bidet su richiesta( ?), con giustificazioni risibili, frigo bar vuoto, asciugamani non stirati e decisamente ruvidi, sportello del collettore acqua in bagno inesistente, placchette interruttori mancanti, cordina di emergenza non presente. Televisore deficitario e telecomando dell’aria condizionata non funzionante e/o a fasi alterne.Se passate a Trapani non soggiornate in questa struttura. Alle nostre lamentele ci è stato risposto dal receptionist con un’alzata di spalle, che per loro andava tutto bene in quanto presenti sulla piazza da ben 120 anni……E si vedeva tutto.

ne vous fiez pas à la réception pouvant sembler vieillote. il s'agit d'un excellent établissement. CHambre climatisée très grande et décorée avec du mobilier de caractère. Salle de bain confortable et équipée. Un très agreable séjour dans cet établissement central grâce au personnel très accueillant. Un plus, on mange très bien au resto
