Uns wurden übers Telefon andere Preise genannt als die wo sie vor Ort machen. Hatten eine zusätzliche Rechnung von 210€ anstatt von 60€ so wie es zu uns hiesse am Telefon. Familien mit klein Kinder, wird das Alter der Kinder eingeschätzt und wird dann je nach dem als erwachsener berechnet. Die Zimmer werden umgebucht vom Personal ohne den Gast zu informieren. Das Kinder Bett kostet bei denen unverschämte 20€ die Nacht, was am Telefon nicht erwähnt wurde und auf deren Homepage nicht aufgelistet ist. Auf Reklamationen wird nicht drauf eingegangen da der Gast immer schuld ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig da man jedes Gespräch von den Nachbarn mithören könnte

Leider keine Gastronomie am Abend
Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich , das Frühstück war auch super. Leider war das Hotel mit Gaststätte angepriesen worden. Dem war nicht so. Das hat nur von Montag bis Mittwoch geöffnet, wegen Personalmangel. Da Elxleben ein sehr kleiner Ort ist, war es mit dem Abendessen schwierig. Vielleicht sollte man diese Veränderungen mitteilen, das weitere Urlauber nicht so enttäuscht werden wie wir.
