Ich bin am 2.05. 2024 das erstmal nach 10 Jahren wieder in dieses Hotel und war sowas von enttäuscht,nie,nie wieder!!!Als erstes ein Zimmer was noch nicht gereinigt war, habe dann gleich ein anderes ordentliches Zimmer bekommen.Dann ging das TV Gerät nicht,was am nächsten Tag von einer netten Mitarbeiterin behoben wurde.Von der Inhaberin keine Entschuldigung, das könne ja alles mal passieren unter dem Motto,das man sich ja nicht so anstellen muss, etwas von oben herab.Im Frühstücksraum sehr alter verdreckter Bodenbelag, ekelig!Das nächstemal für mich auf keinem Fall wieder!Es gibt in dieser Preiskadekorie auf alle Fälle bessere Unterkünfte in Erfurt!!!!!

Hallo, ich hatte im August zwei Doppelzimmer für vier Personen vom 09.12 zum 10.12.23 gebucht. Eine Reservierungsbestätigung habe ich erhalten. Am Tag der Anreise war das Hotel verschlossen. An der Tür waren zwei Telefonnummern angebracht, die man bei Problemen zum einchecken wählen sollte. Am anderen Ende meldete sich ein Herr mit der Information, dass mir per Mail ein Zugangscode zum öffnen der Tür zugeschickt wurde. Diesen habe ich aber nicht erhalten. Das zweite Problem war, dass nur ein Zimmer reserviert war. Die Buchungsbestätigung war richtig für vier Personen und zwei Doppelzimmer ausgestellt. Ich erhielt als Antwort, dass das Hotel überbucht ist. Man hat sich dann um eine Ersatzunterkunft gekümmert, die aber vom gebuchten Zimmerstandart abwich. So war z.B. kein Frühstück dabei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auf einen Discounter hingewiesen. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Nie wieder.
