Recently renovated hotel located at the Petersberg. Spacious room with a comfortable queen size bed. Attractive design. Extremely friendly staff at the reception. We felt very welcome. Minimum stay is two nights. Breakfast buffet was also very good.

Wir haben ein verlängerts Wochenende in dem Hotel verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut , das Zimmer ruhig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Beispiel wurde uns ein vergessener Gegenstand nicht entsorgt ,sondern umgehend nachgesendet). Das Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Küche und der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können das Haus ausdrücklich weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein tolles Hotel und super Lage. Hoch über Erfurt und doch fussläufig zum Zentrum der schönen Stadt. Das Personal ist nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend, modern und geschmackssicher eingerichtet. Ein auch kleines aber gut ausgestattetes Bad ergänzt das angenehme Ambiente. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität.

Qualität und Komfort kann ich leider nicht beurteilen da wir vorher abbrechen mussten - aber Kundenservice und Verständnis für Kunden absolut nicht vorhanden. Schade. Sollte in einem Haus wie diesem nicht passieren. Geschultes Personal vorausgesetzt.

Das Hotel ist soweit okay, Lage und Ausstattung entsprechend den Erwartungen. Angesichts des relativ hohen Preises sollte das auch so sein. Wir waren mit der Rezeption sehr unzufrieden. Von Kundenservice, keine Spur! Das hat den eher durchschnittlichen Charakter des Hauses ins Negative geprägt.

Sehr enttäuschend! Wir waren um 12:45 Uhr vor Ort um Mittag zu essen. Alles sehr einladend. Da alle Tische frei waren, waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Restaurant. Nach 45 Minuten bekamen wir die Info dass in der Küche etwas schief gelaufen ist, wir möchten uns 10 Minuten gedulden. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten bekamen wir eine weitere Info, dass es nochmal 10 Minuten dauert. Daraufhin lehnten wir die Speisen ab und bezahlten unsere Getränke. (8,00 € für 2 kleine Getränke, Cola & Wasser) Die indirekte Frage nach Trinkgeld war der i-Punkt auf die Inkompetenz und Dreistigkeit der Lokalität. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir, meine Frau und ich, waren Februar 2023 für ein langes Wochenende in Erfurt im Hotel "Das Kehrs". Dies ist ein neues, wirklich sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem es an NICHTS fehlt. Wir kommen im Sommer 2023 gerne wieder!

Neben der perfekten Lage, überzeugen einen immer wieder der freundliche, professionelle Service, die tolle Innenarchitektur und bis ins kleinste durchdachten Zimmer, das wunderbare Frühstück sowie das Restaurant.
