Very friendly staff in a top location in Erfurt, because you can easily reach everything on foot. The furnishings are getting old and there is no minibar in the room. Despite the breakfast times, the area is very small.

War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Nach den negativen Bewertungen, waren wir uns unsicher. Haben aber trotzdem gebucht. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Zimmer war sauber. Badezimmer ist wunderschön. Handtücher frisch. Frische Bettwäsche. Stand eine kleine Kaffeemaschine, Zucker, Milch dabei. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der einzige Minus ist der Teppich. Ist schon alt, aber trotzdem richt man gar nichts. Wir würden es beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen. Ist im Zentrum, haben aber nichts von dem Lärm mit bekommen.

I had to work at booking this hotel because finding and then using their website is quite challenging. Getting the various pages to present in English is the first hurdle. However, it was worth it . I booked an apartment on the third floor. It was just great….. lovely and well-equipped kitchen and bath, living room, dining area. Very clean and all updated. Super quiet. The reception staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was very convenient within walking distance of the sights, train station (10 minutes), and a shopping center on Anger with everything you might need. I wouldn’t bother with their restaurant. It’s pretentious and the food isn’t worth the money. I would very readily stay here again in an apartment.

...von Ankunft bis Abreise alles super. Obwohl wir viel zu früh angekommen sind, durften wir sofort den Tiefgaragenplatz nutzen, wurden an der Rezeption freundlich begrüßt, um etwas Geduld für das noch nicht fertige Zimmer gebeten. Kein Problem, wir waren schließlich um einiges zu zeitig da... Die Rezeptionistin holte einen Stadtplan, erklärte uns ein paar Punkte und wir konnten so direkt los um die Stadt zu erkunden. Erfurt ist definitiv eine Wochenendreise wert. Nachmittags, als wir zurück kamen, gab es einen unkomplizierten, schnellen Check in. Unserem Wunsch, ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer in der oberen Etage, wurde entsprochen. Das DZ war hell, freundlich und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad mit grosser, ebenerdiger Dusche, grosser Waschtisch mit Fön, beleuchtetem Kosmetikspiegel, Bademäntel und Slipper. Wir hatten die Zimmerdame auf unserem Flur angesprochen und um einen Wasserkocher gebeten...2 Minuten später war er auf dem Zimmer. Betten sehr bequem, ein 2-tes Kissen liegt im Schrank, TV mit Senderliste und Minibar/Kühlschrank vorhanden. Ebenfalls steht eine Flasche Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung bereit. Frühstück: Sehr, sehr vielfältiges Buffet...da gibt's mit Sicherheit für jeden etwas!!!! Lediglich der Kaffeeautomat erfordert Geduld... Aber die Möglichkeit auf eine kleine Thermoskanne mit Kaffee auszuweichen ist als Alternative gegeben... Wir können dieses Haus für einen Besuch in Erfurt sehr empfehlen und möchten uns auf diesem Weg auch bei dem gesamten Team für die schöne, unkomplizierte Zeit bedanken.
