Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Schimmel im Bad. Der Teppich voller Flecken. Selbst ein low Budget Hotel kann sauber und gepflegt aussehen.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, super freundlicher Empfang und Behandlung, unser Navi hatte Probleme beim Finden der Adresse. Dank des 9€ Tiket haben wir mit den Öffentlichen gut unseren Aufenthalt in Erfurt gestalten können.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück wurden immer gleich die benutzten Tische sauber gemacht. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich und ausreichend, vielleicht sollte beim Frühstück etwas mehr auf Diabetiker geachtet werden. Die Zimmer waren für zwei Personen ausreichend. es waren am Zimmer nur zwei Sachen die uns etwas gestört haben. Zum einen war im Bad an der Duschkabine, leider Schimmel und der Teppich im Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Buchung ging einfachn und schnell via Webseite, Per Telefon oder Mail ist man schnel überfordert, was auch das perfekte Wort für das Personal an der Rezeption ist. Gäste wurden trotz Buchung in der Nacht weggeschickt. Generell ist man überforderte gebuchte Dienstleistungen wie Frühstück bereitzustellen. Das war vorerst die letzte Buchung bei Good Morning.
