The only thing they have going for them is that Exoticca and other tour operators seem to have a deal with them. The rooms are not good and the service is very bad, the food is terrible.

Overnight stay here as part of our tour of Türkiye. We had a comfortable rest. Very clean hotel with a great view of the Dardanelles. The food was generous and delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Drinks were reasonably priced too!

La habitación es amplia y todo está nuevo y limpio. El personal muy amable y la cena bastante buena. Desde la habitación se ve el mar y el atardecer es muy bonito. La ubicación es la peor del hotel, ya que está apartado y no tienes mucho que hacer.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several issues with the room conditions and overall comfort. Firstly, the rooms did not feel safe. This was a major concern for me, as the security of the accommodations is paramount to any guest's peace of mind. I would appreciate more attention to safety protocols and ensuring that rooms meet the necessary standards. I would also like to highlight that the hotel’s renovations appear to be quite outdated, which only added to the overall discomfort. 感覺是個蠻偏僻的地方，但是這裡的人很純樸，還會很友善的打招呼.飯店走10分鐘，有小小的兩間超市，附近也有一兩家餐廳。飯店有超棒的海景.房間也還蠻乾淨的，小小的蠻整齊的。

We there with our Exoticca tour. On the outside the hotel looks fine. Reception bare bones and smelled like cigarette smoke. No bar or store..nothing. Buffet food had minimal choices. I went to checkout the buffet room 1 hour before dinner and all the cold food was out and uncovered. 2 people in our group got sick. Not sure what they ate. Rooms were freezing cold. Found out later in the evening that you must go to the front desk to ask them to turn on the heat. Just setting the thermostat isn't enough. Something bit me in the middle of the night on my foot. (See picture) They, however did bring us extra duvets, which were nice. The view from our room was also nice.

sanirim otel henuz resmi acilis yapmamis. esyalar yeniydi, örneğin tv kumandasinin jelatini henuz üzerinde duruyordu. Personelde henuz otelin acildiginin farkinda degil bence, biraz saskinlardi. Peyzaj henuz bitmemis, otelin arka bahcesinde cimento paketleri gördüm. Resturant terasindan sokaga cikilabiliyorsunuz. otel merkeze uzak, en yakin mini market 600 mt mesafede. otelin bircok odasi -belki de hepsi- denizi ya da direk ya da yandan görüyor. o kadar yeni otel. yemekler fena degildi. Ancak servisin gelistirilmesi lazim.

New hotel with some growing pains. I stayed as part of an Exoticca tour. Room was generally ok although others had multiple issues with plumbing. No room safe and hanging bars in wardrobe kept falling off. I suspect the rooms will not wear well under heavy use. Both dinner and breakfast quality was good for me but dinner selection smaller than elsewhere. Lobby area well decorated and staff helpful. Gym not open yet. Surrounding area was very untidy and nothing much to see
