"This is one of the two upscale hotels in Erenhot (they also have a branch in Hohhot). I happened to see it in Erenhot and decided to give it a try. At around 400 RMB, it's officially rated as a 4-star hotel, but the value for money definitely feels like a 5-star. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The most pleasant surprise was that they offer afternoon tea (with snacks and pastries) and a late-night supper (which was really like a full dinner, featuring congee, milk tea, and freshly-made steamed buns). Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and observant, always eager to help, almost competing to assist you! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who gets the chance to stay in Erenhot."

"On a combined business and leisure trip, the hotel's setting was okay, but the service was truly dreadful. The air conditioning in the room was faulty. Our booking was for two identical rooms for a three-day stay, but when we checked in, we found they were different. We requested the front desk to switch us to identical rooms, but they claimed none were available. We looked at the breakfast spread, but it didn't look appetizing, so we skipped it. Room hygiene was poor; we even spotted cockroaches. And the bed, specifically, was uncomfortable. When it was time to check out, we waited an extraordinarily long time for the elevator, but it never arrived. A staff member was cleaning nearby, and we asked her to check on its status. She rudely dismissed us, vaguely saying someone upstairs was probably using it and she couldn't contact anyone. I was speechless. I insisted she use her walkie-talkie to find out about the elevator, as we couldn't just stand there waiting indefinitely, especially with all our checkout luggage. In the end, we had no choice but to carry all our belongings down the stairs. The very next day, while out on business, we stumbled upon the Jinyi Youxuan Hotel. We went in to inquire and were immediately impressed by their exceptional service. Discovering it was a chain hotel in the Inner Mongolia region, we quickly booked a room and moved there without a second thought. Staying here now is truly fantastic; the accommodation is comfortable, and the service is outstanding. We've also heard the breakfast is excellent and plan to try it soon – the stark contrast between the two hotels really makes you appreciate the difference!"

"The room is good, but it lacks some facilities. It is suitable for short-term transit passengers. The location is good. It is about 2 kilometers walk from the national boundary monument. The starting price of a taxi can reach the destination. It is only 10km away from the National Geological Park and about 700 meters walk from Erlian International Bus Station. , only about 8km away from Erenhot Port."

"Very good hotel. The room is perfect with lots of space and all parts clean. The location is nice with grocery stores at 2 min walk, supermarket a 2 min walk and station or frontier at less than 11 yuan in taxi. If i comeback i will sleep here again."
