挺好的整體

服務員服務質量一般，懶散不積極，衞生員特別吝嗇紙巾多放幾張，住了六天，每天都要特意叫人加紙巾而每次衹加十幾張抽紙。無語

The hotel is newly opened, and the overall environment and hygiene are acceptable. But what needs to be emphasized is that the service is extremely poor, the room cleaning supplies are not left, and there is no phone number in the room to contact the front desk. Moreover, there are few service staff, and they have bad attitudes to question guests. I stayed for three days in a row and had to check the hotel’s phone number every night when I came back. There was no water in the room on the first day, no bath towels on the second day, and no toothbrushes and paper towels on the third day. These conditions were still there. This happened after highlighting the situation to the hotel front desk the next morning. I also called the front desk to explain that there was a lack of spare parts. The first reaction of the front desk was that it was impossible. Their waiter had left them when cleaning the room. It seemed that I threw them away on purpose and then asked them to deliver them after I came back. It was a very unsatisfactory hotel experience.
