Hotel-Etage Apfelrot

Not same hotal same like pics main hotal another street and where that give me room it's same like guest house there only have rooms don't have any reciption and I don't see any person there for any take care area is not good don't have any food facility near you room is good but area is not good and very far from centre.

The hotel is affordable and has an excellent location if you want to visit in Therme Erding. It is just about 15 minutes walking distance from the Spa. However, during the warm days the room was extremely hot as there is no air-conditioning available and the sun is heating the room all day. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly to be able to provide us another room from the other side of the hotel. That room proved out to be quite a hot too, but it cooled during the nighttime. For the light sleepers there is traintrack nearby which might be bothersome. The room was otherwise very modern and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very cheap and it was delicious. To be noted that there is neither reception or breakfast at Apfelrot hotel on site but instead it is necessary needed to take a walk to the Apfelbaum to checkin as well as have the breakfast. We also noted that there were not enough parking space available for all the guest which made it a bit of hassle to find a parking spot from the streets nearby when we arrived late in the evening.

We had been traveling around Germany and this was the last place we stayed at prior to our flight back home the next day. Check in was a little confusing as the check in desk is in a whole other building about 3-4 minutes away. once we checked in, we were very happy with the amenities and cleanliness of the property. All of that quickly changed as when we got to the room, it was hot and stuffy. we opened the windows and quickly got bombarded with bugs coming in the room. once we got that under control, we decided to take showers to get ready for our trip home. I went first, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. when my husband went to shower, the shower not only wasn't draining, it again, flooded the bathroom floor and then we lost all water. there are signs to not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet as the system was sensitive. We did not flush anything in the toilet, and when the water turned off in the middle of my husbands shower, he checked the toilet and tried to flush it and it immediately rose all the way to the top. so now, we had no water, a flooded bathroom, and an almost overflowing toilet. I called the number, and the very gracious lady came right away and was able to clean everything up. we felt so bad that she had to deal with it, but after reading some reviews, learned that this was not the first time guests had flooded bathrooms. She was extremely nice and so apologetic. this would be a great stay once all of the plumbing gets fixed.

My son and I were visiting family in Germany. My brother had stayed at this hotel two years prior and recommended it. We checked in on 8/27/24 and stayed two nights. The room was ready on arrival and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Everything from fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, brötchen, breads, cakes, yogurts, and various jams to a machine offering various coffees were on offer. On our last morning, which was my brother's birthday, we came to a table decorated with birthday decorations and champagne glasses. We had no idea they were aware it was his birthday. The staff brought champagne and congratulated the birthday boy. We were thoroughly impressed.

The room vas very clean, spacious and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

Myself and two friends stayed here the night before our flights home. This hotel was an easy 15 min walk from the train station, the room had a lot of space and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. The reception is not in the same building, it’s a little walk away so two of us hung out in the park with all our bags while one picked up the keys.
