I'll start with the bedroom:
- very small with a dirty and uncleaned shower, a shower tap that remains in our hand, impossible to close the water during the shower. Big bed but you can feel the springs. Light from the key all night long and light from the hallway that can be seen through the door.

- Housekeeping women are impolite: they vacuum at 7:30 in the morning talking very loudly to their colleagues.

Breakfast:
- just 30 minutes for a simple hot chocolate that you have to ask for 5 times. We had however pre-filled a form with our desires for breakfast, what was the point. We arrive at the appointed time, we are told there is nothing left. Dishes are dirty, staff roll their eyes when we talk about it. Only the lady at the reception was able to receive us, the Mr at the reception in the morning took our remarks lightly, particularly concerning a cockroach at the reception.
