In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

Perfettamente organizzati dalla prenotazione che permette anche un check in on line, passando per l'accoglienza fino ai saluti 10 alla cortesia del personale 10 al palazzo 10 alla pulizia e alle dimensioni delle stanze 10 al posto auto per vicinanza e sicurezza Struttura ottima per tutti. Grazie!

Mooie en moderne accommodatie, die met veel stijl en oog voor detail is ingericht. We verbleven er 6 dagen met 3 gezinnen en hebben een leuke tijd gehad. De kamers zijn net en hebben hun eigen stijl/inrichting. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en geeft tips over lekkere restaurantjes, uitstappen,… Het Palazzo ligt op 500m van het treinstation ( 20 minuutjes met de trein naar Napels) en winkelstraat met vele koffiebars en pizzeria’s. Het palazzo heeft een zuidelijk gericht terras waar je smorgens een lekkere koffie kan drinken of Savonds een apero-moment kan hebben. Wij hebben ook, via het personeel, een mini-cruise geboekt naar Amalfi en Positano. Een echte aanrader! Wij hebben hier een fijne tijd gehad en komen zeker terug! Dikke 10/10

I was very satisfied to stay at Palazzo Adelle. It is very clean, silent and I feel secure. The train station is few walk minutes away. The personal reception are polite, cooperative, and friendly. I recommend any one who want to stay at or arround Napoli, to stay at Palazzo Adelle.

This is a fairly new property and everything was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They used WhatsApp to communicate with us which made it easy. Private parking with gates made us feel more safe! The only downfall is the area is a smaller neighborhood but walking distance to small restaurants and gelato places! If your outside of Napoli this is the place to stay :)

A lovely stay, the staff were wonderful, the rooms were great, spacious, clean and perfect for us. Beautiful rooms, newly renovated. The terraces provided amazing views. Good communication. Great local advice. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is clean, nice and modern. The receptionist was very helpful to find food nearby on a Saturday evening when almost everything was closed. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The room is nice and comfortable. The area is questionable.
