Erbil Hotels with Pools

It's practical. Clean. You will need to take taxi's everywhere but that's normal for Erbil. Good sized rooms, nice breakfast. Excellent staff at every level. Pool, Spa, and good room service, even after midnight! Excellent hotel security as well. On a busy road so you can hear the traffic, but after 10pm it gets very quiet. Some noise sometimes from the restaurant below outside.

It is a very good hotel in Erbil. The security is exaggerated. There are guards with AK47 guns, police dogs and roadblocks at the door. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a swimming pool and gym in the basement.

My colleagues and I stayed at the Erbil Rotana for a few days in January. The hotel was very secure, clean, and offered beautiful views. We were very satisified with the spacious rooms and the gym facilities. What really left an impression on us was the staff service. Everyone working at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. We recommend the hotel restaurants and were very well taken care of by a waiter named Michael.

First time in Erbil and chose this hotel for central location. Upon arrival at 5am we were greeted by friendly receptionist who showed us two rooms and we chose the second one being room no 720. Very spacious and clean. We just got into bed after a day travelling from UK. At 10am we woke up to drilling !!!! We complained but it didn’t stop. We had this for three of our four days. We were not happy we were not compensated. Not even an offer of a meal or bottle of wine - nothing !!! The hotel itself is spacious and clean. Food is lovely and lots to choose. Staff friendly and efficient. Coffee is tasty. Roof top bar very good though one nosy member of staff but we ignored him. All of our family from Baghdad were welcome within the hotel. Security is very good and the pool and outside restaurant looked good though we didn’t have time to use these facilities ! We would not stay again due to the issue we had. We will choose a different hotel next year

Lovely room, clean, tidy and excellent service. Dinning and room service were perfect. TV channels and internet service were much perfect and interesting, enjoyed my time. Nice hospitality and facilities. Cost wise, the tariff is reasonable and worth

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's safe, the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner provide lots of options - moreover, I'm a Coeliac and need to be on a gluten-free diet. The chefs really took care of me and went out of their way to make me fresh dishes.

Staying in this hotel was not my own choice; the airline booked it as my flight was delayed. However, from the first contact, security check, to the in-checking at the reception, the staff were kind, polite, professional and very helpful. They got out of their way and arranged my transportation to the airport and stayed in contact all the way. The breakfast buffet was excellent; a very broad range of choices. Location is very convenuent; a 5 min ride to the center and there are both shops and cafeterias nearby.
