It was good with Stay in your hotel everything is good and your staff meals, room service and customer service and very nice view from my room our side location as well, Mr.Arshad and Chandra Shekar is very help full and in lobby there is energy drink for everyone can drink it was very tasty and cool.

I’m from Italy and the room design and lobby are amazing The bed are super confortable and is the top safe hotel in the area .. The external area are very elegant Also the employees are very kind and I meet one super guys mr Arshad is very kind and super nice .. Divan is the only place where I stay when I’m in ☺️erbil. The staff are so friendly are the ambience is so comfortable. The food is yummy and they have the best sushi place. I feel like home every time I’m here. It is the best place to stay in Erbil. Mr. Arshad was always there with a beautiful smile welcoming us every time we visit with an amazing service and care. So happy with my experience

Thank you so much for your cooperation in the hotel while I stay here. The room is perfect and the room service talking about house keeping the gentle man came for house keeping he is so kind. The food is excellent.and the gym and the swiming pool is awesome And the gentle man in reception Arshad he is so polite and so kind helpful person I never saw man like him.

The hotel is very good and the reception people are very friendly and providing awesome services. The room are very neat and clean. The bed, pillow and the bathroom are very neat and clean. Outstanding hotel. The reception person Mr.Arshad, very nice guy, he helped me lot.. He is doing outstanding hospitality job at the reception.

Divan hotel is my go to every time I visit Erbil! Rooms are well equipped and spacious but what makes it even better is the staff. They are extremely welcoming and will make sure your stay is extremely enjoyable. Thank you Nadine, Arshad and the rest of the Divan family!
