Thank you so much for your support. I eat breakfast and lunch in the Flavours restaurant. The food is excellent. Specialy I meet a man who working in this restaurant as a waiter his name is Mr. Michael. He is a wonderful man. Helpfull person and Nicely talking. In one word he is excellent worker that you have in your restaurant.

The staff in breakfast noticed I had a cut on my head and straight away they got a first aid box out and gave me a plaster, (Michael) was the guy who helped me to apply the plaster so I’d like to say I was very impressed by their caring attitude towards guests.

The hotel is clean, v good space in the room and comfortable. I like the club so much especially the deal of Ms. Yasmin who welcomes us with smile and heartily. She tries her best to make sure we are comfortable. The reception persons in the lobby are also great. I always will try erbil Ratana for my next accommodation.
