The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's safe, the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner provide lots of options - moreover, I'm a Coeliac and need to be on a gluten-free diet. The chefs really took care of me and went out of their way to make me fresh dishes.

It is a very good hotel in Erbil. The security is exaggerated. There are guards with AK47 guns, police dogs and roadblocks at the door. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a swimming pool and gym in the basement.

I am visiting this hotel usually to use the spa center....... Zen spa..... It is one of the best at the city I advise every one to try it.... It is clean..... They are professional...... The only thing it missed is the indoor swimming pool 😕 I hope they will build one some day

I asked the staff why it is so safe here. It is said that many presidents and prime ministers will stay at Rotana when they come, but they usually choose another hotel, and the security is no problem at all. But be careful, if you rent a car to go to Mosul, you have to ask the driver whether he speaks Kurdish or Arabic. The driver I encountered was completely unable to communicate. Later, by chance, I met the little boss of the embassy in the beautiful country. After a few days of traveling behind the scenes, I never got angry again. The police in the ruins of Mosul are really rubbish, moths! ! ! ! ! Rubbish! ! ! ! !

It's practical. Clean. You will need to take taxi's everywhere but that's normal for Erbil. Good sized rooms, nice breakfast. Excellent staff at every level. Pool, Spa, and good room service, even after midnight! Excellent hotel security as well. On a busy road so you can hear the traffic, but after 10pm it gets very quiet. Some noise sometimes from the restaurant below outside.

The good feelings about this hotel started even before I checked in. The manager, Haider did welcome me when I was in a long transit in Istanbul on my way to Erbil. Due to change of my flight schedule, I arrived very early and tired in the morning. I was welcomed with a smile by the receptionist. Got my room instantly so I could go to sleep. The next many days my wife and I felt this hotel as being our home abroad and the staff our family. I can only recommend Bristoria. They are always prepared to help you and to make to stay most enjoyable. Not to mention, the spacy rooms, the outdoor color-changing pool and all the other facilities that are just perfect. I have stayed at many hotels worldwide and never experienced such an open hearted hospitality. Many thanks to Haider and his staff. Dont waste your time to look for other hotels in Erbil. Bristoria is simply the best!
