Best Western Hotel Leonardo da Vinci

Nice hotel and nice surroundings. Staff very nice and tidy

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe in diesem Hotel untergebracht,mit Halbpension. Das Zimmer und auch der Badbereich waren ausreichend und auch sauber,dazu ruhig gelegen,die Betten waren gut,allerdings wie oft in südlichen gefilden nur eine Decke,aber auch dies war kein wirkliches Problem. Was allerdings auf keinen Fall akzeptabel ist,das Frühstück bestand die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer aus den identischen zwei Sorten Wurst und zwei Sorten Käse sowie jeden Tag identischer Kuchen!!! Die Brötchen oder auch das Brot,na schweigen wir darüber auf jeden Fall keinerlei Empfehlung. Der Kaffee wurde durch Mitarbeiter an der Maschine ausgegeben sowie frisch gepresster O Saft. Das Abendessen was an reservierten Plätzen für unsere gruppe eingenommen werden konnte war dagegen hervorragend und ausgesprochen sehr reichlich,das allerdings die Getränke jeden Abend gezahlt werden mussten verwunderte doch,denn wir kannten es so das das ganze auf Zimmer notiert wurde und am letzten Abend gezahlt wird,aber gut das geht zu verschmerzen,was aber die Preise betraf diese hatten schon ein 5 Sterne Niveau und passen nicht zu dieser sonstigen Kategorie.Aber wir hatten uns ja von unseren Ausflügen für das Zimmer Getränke mitgebracht. Das Hotel liegt doch sehr abgelegen und wird wohl oft für Tagungen oder Dienstreise Übernachtungen gebucht-reine Vermutung- Wir werden jedenfalls keine Empfehlung geben können auf Grund der Aufgeführten Mängel

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, courteous and professional staff, the jewel in the crown is the restaurant, a variety of dishes, cooked with passion, creativity and imagination. Very well-stocked wine list, Maitre Carlo puts you at ease and accompanies you on a journey that totally involves you. I highly recommend it

They ask for a deposit on towels not found in the rooms (never changed and I add a room for three with a body towel for three people therefore never put in the room) without knowing the cleaners rummage and make personal objects disappear from the suitcases including money, taking advantage of the fact that they were lodging some kids, making them look like thieves!!! ps: the deposit with the missing money had been given in abundance

At check-out I forgot the card holder in the room, I only noticed it when I returned, the next day I called the hotel without any problems to inform them of the matter and have everything sent to me and I was told that the cleaning ladies did not have found nothing. I am sure that I forgot the card holder in the room so within less than a day it was presumably stolen from me by the staff, I was left speechless because I did not expect such behavior from such a structure, I leave this review to keep all those alert people who will stay there, when we stay in a hotel we should feel safe and pampered by the staff, after this bad experience I have to change my mind.

I stayed in this hotel for work, reception available and professional, room clean and with every comfort. Recommended the restaurant of the structure, fast and elegant service. Bar open until evening, sometimes at flexible times with various coocktail choices. Large outdoor parking. Recommended
