Amazing stay the resort is top class and the activities were fantastic! My first wakeboarding session with an operator named Tomas was disappointing: he just sat down and didn’t give me any advice and his english wasnt understandable for the explanations ... The next day, I booked a session with a different instructor and it was a game-changer. I learned how to have a good stance, how to make proper turns, and finally realized the issue wasn’t just me, it was the lack of guidance before. Later that evening I saw the new instructor doing jumping turns and thought, “I need to try that!” I booked another session with him the next day, and thanks to his clear tips, I managed to do some jump turns so YES, I did it! Huge thanks to Baptiste for being an incredible wakeboarding teacher. Highly recommend!

*Les Ormes Review: A Mixed Experience* Our stay at Les Ormes had some highlights, but unfortunately, there were several areas that needed improvement. Here are some of the issues we encountered: - *Delayed Arrival Time*: Our arrival time was delayed by nearly an hour, which meant we didn't get access to our hut until just before 6pm. - *Hut Condition*: Our hut was tired and in need of renovation. The white goods and appliances were old, and the cabin itself looked worn out. - *Shower Issue*: One of our showers didn't work, and despite reporting it to reception, no one came to fix it. - *Pest Issue*: A large bush near our eating table attracted a lot of wasps, which was unpleasant. - *Pool Issues*: The pool chlorine levels were high on some days, and the outside pool looked tired and in need of a renovation. It's not competitive with other resorts. We understand that it's a busy time of year, but given the premium prices of Les Ormes compared to other resorts in the region, we feel that more staff are needed to handle issues efficiently. The lack of maintenance and upkeep was noticeable, and we hope that the resort will consider investing in more staff and renovations to improve the overall experience for guests. *The Positives*: On the plus side, Les Ormes does offer great activities onsite, which were a highlight of our stay. The new restaurant also has potential, but we felt that it could be improved with more staff at breakfast and an earlier dinner service than 6:30pm. Given that it's a family resort, the late dinner time seemed unusual compared to other French resorts. *Our Experience in Context*: We were staying in one of the 27 cottage huts, and while we loved the concept, the issues we experienced detracted from our overall enjoyment. *Would we return?* While we appreciate the location and some aspects of the resort, we're unsure if we'd choose this type of accommodation again due to the issues we experienced. With some improvements, Les Ormes could be a great destination, but for now, we're hesitant to recommend it without reservations.

Thanks for providing us with a great holiday for my family this year! (including our two energetic boys). The highlights were the helpful staff (many of whom who spoke good English), the fun activities, clean accommodation (in our mobile home), and a relatively quiet location in evenings, despite being a large site. The swimming pool provided great fun for our boys and us. The on-site activities we took part in (high ropes adventure trail, zip wire kids buoy, pedalos, Quest les ormes) were fun and well organised. We enjoyed our meals on two occasions at the Pizza restaurant and at the Brasserie. At the latter, there was a slight mix-up with our dessert order being passed on to the kitchen, but our waiter noticed and fixed it. The slight negatives would be a shower that seemed to change temperature a little too much, and a minor issue with a broken bed slat noticed on arrival, that we mentioned to staff. We asked them to resolve the latter on the changeover day, as it was not causing us problems. Thanks again!

Toute l'équipe est super, les activités au top ! Tout es pensé pour que les enfants soient heureux et les parents sereins ! Si je peux me permettre juste un petit point "négatif", les sanitaires sont parfois sale et peuvent sentir mauvais et beaucoup de bruits le soir jusqu'à tard mais cest surtout a cause de l’incivilités de certains autres clients malheureusement... malgré tout je recommande vivement se domaine !!

Verbleven van 02-08 t/m 11-08-2025 Wanneer je de oprijlaan oprijd merk je het meteen, het is hier groot. Wanneer je de rijbaan volgt krijg je een splitsing, Check - in en bestaande gasten, hierdoor sta je elkaar niet in de weg. Na het inchecken en ontvangst nemen van de badge voor de slagboom reden we naar onze kampeerplek. Prima plek met een waterkraan vlakbij. Gewoon prima, niet bezonder. Maar wat wel bijzonder is het domein en de faciliteiten. Je hoeft je hier geen dag te vervelen. Van waterfietsen, paardrijden, boomklimmen, ziplinen en zwemmen. Dit zwembad is fantastisch en heb ik nog nooit eerder mee gemaakt op een camping. Als vergelijking zou je kunnen denken aan Center Parcs maar dan heel modern. Golfslagbad, stroomversnelling, van binnen naar buiten zwemmen, glijbanen. Een volwaardig aquapark. Bij het ziplinen en boomklimpark staat er en heel professioneel team dat alles in de gaten houd en goed begeleid. Super! Van de restaurants ook meerdere malen gebruik gemaakt. zowel Tapas, pizza's en complete maaltijden. Alle heel smakelijk. Winkel is zeer uitgebreid met hele schappelijke prijzen. Dat het hier groot is ervaar je wel als je er bent, maar het geeft massa gevoel. Wel merk je dat overal goed na is gedacht. Er is zelfs (bij de uitgang van het park) een complete milieustraat met personeel dat het in goede banen leid. Heb eigenlijk maar 1 kritiekpunt en dat gaat over het level of service bij restaurant 1977. Verschillende keren hier in de middag gezeten. Het personeel is dan niet attent genoeg op de gasten op het terras. Het lijkt dat ze dan te druk zijn met de mise-en-place (voorbereidende werkzaamheden) voor het diner. Het bestellen van drinken en tapas is dan zeer moeizaam. Maar wanneer het diner start merk je dat het dan wel een geoliede machine is. Kortom een zeer professioneel bedrijf waar je echt kunt genieten van je vakantie en alle faciliteiten die het domein je bied. Komen wij hier terug? Zeker te weten!
