CATASTROPHIQUE !!! J’ai réservé 5 chambres sur leur site. On est arrivé à 23h, porte close, l’appareil qui est censé nous donner les clés est indisponible suite à un changement de logiciel avec marqué sur une feuille que l’accueil se fait jusqu’à 21h. Aucun message, mail ou appel téléphonique pour nous prévenir. Sinon un numéro de tel qui ne sert à rien. UNE HONTE de se comporter ainsi. On est allé le lendemain matin pour se plaindre à l’accueil. Forcément on tombe sur un employé qui ne comprend pas et qu’il fait suivre le désagrément à son patron. Aucune réponse de leur part après 5 jours et plusieurs appels pour se faire rembourser. DES VOLEURS ESCROCS. Allez plutôt au B&B hôtel de Viry-Châtillon. Ils ont été consterné par leur attitude. Ils nous ont très bien accueilli à 01h du matin.

Chambre sale, draps tâchés,a ce demander si le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivé ,accueil inexistant sanitaire dégueulasse, douches a peine chaude et peu pratique ,odeur nauséabonde d'égouts constante,sanitaire répugnants ... À fuire

Le monsieur de la réception était très gentil et agréable, les chambres étaient propre l’espace commun également, pour un f1 il est de bonne qualité, si je cherche un hôtel par là bas je n’hésiterai pas à re réserver dans leur établissement
