Fantastic beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautiful rooms, decorated in a typical French style, with hardwood floors, windows overlooking the tiled roofs, big comfortable bed and a shower with luxury's toiletries and bathrobes. Surrounded by restaurants, chocolate shops, bakeries, and champagne houses, but located on a quiet street. Everything you need and more for French art d’vivre.

Les points positifs : Chambre confortable et très propre. Grande salle de bain. Produits Nuxe pour salle de bain. Café thé à disposition dans la chambre. Très bien situé. Décoration de l'hôtel. Wifi ok. Les points. négatifs : Chambre un peu austère. Un petit radiateur électrique d'appoint mis à disposition ne vous donne pas forcément sur le fait que la chambre va être bine chauffée. Le sol en carrelage, l'absence d'une petite bouteille d'eau, l'odeur légèrement "renfermée" et surtout les fortes odeurs de cuisine le matin dès 7h00 ont rendu notre séjour moyennement agréable par rapport à ce que nous pouvions attendre d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Fenêtres donnant sur cour aveugle pas vraiment charmante. Pas de parking pour la voiture (mais c'était annoncé).

Hôtel situé au coeur d'Epernay à deux pas de la fameuse Avenue de Champagne. La possibilité de se garer devant est importante dans un quartier ou les places sont rares. Boutique hôtel à l'ambiance est familiale et chaleureuse. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le bar est fort sympathique avec des prix plus que raisonnable sur le Dom Perignon et autres champagnes. Chambre très propre, bien agencée avec une literie de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et fait de bons produits locaux. Bref que du bon et à un prix plus que raisonnable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui cumule tous les qualités attendues : belle bâtisse en plein centre-ville avec des chambres modernes et spacieuses, située à deux pas de la gare et de l'avenue de Champagne. L'équipe est très accueillante et au petit soin. C'est une base idéale pour découvrir la région. Je recommande chaudement.

Si vous choisissez cet hôtel pour l’emplacement c’est parfait. Il est situé juste à côté de l’avenue de champagne. Bonne literie. Cependant la nuit reste très cher malgré l’emplacement. Les salles de bains sont sans plus, avec une petite poire de douche. Très mal insonorisé, nous avons été réveillé tôt par les travaux devant l’hôtel. Pour le petit déjeuner, sans plus. Nous avons payé le même prix pour un superbe hôtel dans les vignes avec piscine, tout était d’une catégorie bien supérieur à cette hôtel.

Hôtel magnifiquement situé au coeur d'Epernay et à deux pas de la fameuse Avenue de Champagne, face au jardin de la mairie. Possibilité de se garer devant et très proche de la gare si vous venez en train. Très bonne atmosphère dans ce boutique hôtel où l'ambiance est familiale et très chaleureuse. Grande disponibilité du personnel qui vous guidera dans la région et en particulier vers les maisons de CHAMPAGNE et les restaurants. Chambre très propre, bien agencée, très au calme et literie de qualité. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est de qualité avec un beau choix de produits de qualité venant de la meilleure boulangerie d'Epernay. Nous avons passé un formidable weekend au Jean Moet et nous avons hâte de revenir avec nos amis.

Propreté impeccable. Chambre et sdb spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Le literie est très qualitative. Beaucoup de petites attentions dans la chambre qui rendent le séjour plus que confortable. Gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire avec le soucis du client. Produits de qualité au petit-déjeuner, préparés minute. Les seuls points 'négatifs' sont l'insonorisation (surtout quand la chambre donne sur l'escalier) et la vue (mais on ne vient pas pour cela d'autant que l'hôtel est excessivement bien situé).

This hotel is very conveniently located by all the champagne houses in Épernay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is easy right on the street (paid). It's an older building so you do hear some footstep and stairwell noise at times. Shower areas are nicely updated. Toilet areas may benefit too from a similar upgrade. Good stay overall.
