We booked the hotel without looking at the reviews, what a mistake we made. AVOID! The rooms are not clean at all, the sheets are stained and the pillowcases are yellow, the underside of the bed has as much dust as an old cellar, the bathroom leaves us with hairs and hairs from customers before us, proof that the cleaning is absolutely not done. As for security, it is 0. The front door of the hotel as well as the gate supposed to be closed are not, everyone can enter whenever they want. Do you want privacy? You will not have any, you will hear every move of the neighbors of your room as well as the maids who come by in the morning. The welcome was really not warm either. In short, move on, it is preferable.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!!! The cleaning 0/10, you wonder if the room had been cleaned. Hair and body hair in the beds, the shower not cleaned with hair also, no toilet paper, no soap, the floor dirty, dust on the furniture, the towels that looked used. We slept at the hotel to take a break since we had a very long car trip, I did not feel comfortable at all in the room. Woke up in the morning at 7am it was like there was a move above us. I advise people to book the ibis hotel which is a few minutes from this one for 15e more.

Parking voiture non fermé (il y a bien la grille mais non fermée), accès à l'hôtel avec le code non fonctionnel aussi, bref pas un sentiment de sécurité. Des personnes étrangères vivent dans l'hôtel, monopolisent les tables de dehors, leurs enfants jouent sur le parking. Ça sent la cuisine dans les étages. Quant à la chambre, vieillote, moisissures dans la douche, très peu de savon, poussières en haut de l'étagère sde et chambre (donc on ne peut pas poser ses vêtements), très peu de savon à disposition et wc placés de telle sorte qu'on ne peut pas fermer la porte quand on est dessus. En plus 80 euros la nuit ! Rien à voir avec d'autres premières classes bien moins cher et plus agréables. Seuls points positifs : personne à l'accueil très sympathique et bons matelas

Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées entre chaque client. Des moutons, et cotons tige, sous le lit. Le WC n'était pas propre. Signaler à la réception en partant. Réponse pas le temps de faire le ménage entre chaque client. Trop de monde... Sur le parking environ 4 voitures seulement. Il y a vraiment un problème de ménage. Heureusement les draps avait été changés.

The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Annecy with outdoor parking. Breakfast at 13 euros for a double room is offered at will but already after 9 the food is scarce. The air conditioning didn't work properly and we had to sleep with the window open, which being on the ground floor didn't leave us at peace but nothing happened. At the same price it is worth a more in-depth search without going through Booking etc etc

Faites attention svp cet hôtel a des punaises de lit je suis rentrée malade et j’ai beaucoup souffert . L’hôtel est insalubre moisi , mal nettoyé , avec des odeurs bizarres et le personnel est peu accueillant
