Whatever was the image on ******* was not what I met on ground.
The staff were warm and friendly. However, the initial room I was checked into was very unkept. The lighting was poor and the room was very bland. I have to be relocated into another room where the toilet flooded while I had my bath. The sliding glass door almost fell and injured my wife. The service was good but the hotel was not in good condition.

The room was dirty, no towel (I had to request for this), the AC wasn’t cooling. Cockroaches in the room and to cap it all, there was no running water in the morning, I had to use bottled water to shower. I was told they’re pumping water but I couldn’t wait because I needed to go to the airport. And the noise from the hotel is almost at the level of a night club especially if your room was on the 6th floor like mine. It was a terrible experience overall.

The hotel shines like it's name. I stayed in one of the Suites. It was spacious and very clean. Food was good though not many choices. Staff were friendly. The Pool was clean and safe. The manager very helpful and patient with us when we needed to extend our stay to extra day.

Avoid this place
The rooms are old and dirty, no internet in the premises. I had a ossue with them and couldnt fix it because the manager wasn't there. This place must be locked down or renovated. I'll never come back there and recommend it.
The receptionists need some training becUse unprofessional.

Not recommended
I have to check out after one night as the hotel has water issues. No constant water supply in the hotel which is very frustrating.

The room are very much comfortable There complimentary breakfast is top notch. There is easy accessibility. The room services are of international standard. Power supply is at it's best. It should be graded as a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel as it houses your hospitality needs

Based on my findings, Hotel Sunshine has three branches, The Head Office at Presidential Road with 92 rooms to your comfort, and the main and annex with 20 and 27 rooms respectively near the FIRS office and Airtel office at New Heaven, There is an invention for consistent exceptional services that has tremendously improved going by the one-week functions I came with my friends. Its a place you can call a home. Top notched to their food. Pleasing with the new invention in their Head Office. Spacious halls for events. easily accessible to any of your destinations. Come in and see for yourself.
