They did not know we were coming. It took 20 minutes to find a room. They tried to put me in one that was not cleaned.

We checked in at 8:30 p.m. we wanted to take showers and go to bed. We were unable to. The electricity went out five times within the first 25 minutes that we were there. It was hot in the room and was not able to run the fan or the cooler. We were not able to take hot showers because the water is hot on demand via electricity. In the morning the breakfast was hard. They had chicken wings that had been sitting there for a long time and their potatoes were cold and sitting there for a long time as well. Would not stay here again.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to others based solely on the engagement of the staff. Facility is outdated but very well kept and clean. They need to include full toiletries in the restrooms i.e. lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The garden is immaculate, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, totally worth it. Steam room and sauna were also very well kept. Would visit again.

Good service, normal room, so so bathroom with no amenities, normal dinner and breakfast. The best i liked about the hotel was the swimming pool. Actually there are two. The water was clear, no issues. Good chill after the flight. Please keep the nets above the beds closed, otherwise we will be mosquitoe bitten.
