Lake Victoria Granada Hotel

We had our FAO conference at lake Victoria granada hotel and we really succeeded as every thing went as planned and the staff were really at their top notch,excellent hospitable services were offered and the meals were really continental fitting all our origins,a big thanks to chef in charge.

A year ago, this was a great hotel. Maybe the management changed or something. Now it is not the great place it used to be. Very often and for a long time, the electricity is turned off, so the air conditioning in the room will not work and it will be very stuffy and hot. You can go to the bathroom and you will not have water or there will be very little pressure, you will not be able to wash yourself normally. This is a good hotel, but if they want people to stay there, they need to change a lot, and not focus on the military, who can tolerate a lot. Also, during the day, you can't bring your friends or acquaintances to your room, at the reception they will demand $ 30 from you, citing security. This is not even at night, but during the day. A semblance of a miniature prison. Probably the only hotel in the whole world. Only they know how $ 30 affects security. Food for thought for everyone.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff but this is an amateur set up Menus provided were all different and the eventual upshot was no chicken whatsoever- only pasta or pizza The service was really slow, even by African standards, and only 2 tables of people there - they could have sold us more drinks etc Such a shame - lovely place but cannot survive

Dear LVH Administration, The lady your staff called Sarah, she does her job happily with a very high customer care and service excellency for all the 5 times i have stayed here. I request for her Salary increment and supporting assistant mostly during breakfast. She will do more once appreciated. She gives a good picture and recommendation to Lake Victoria Hotel. Thank you

We had a visit this Friday at lake Victoria hotel which is in Entebbe with my entire family and their evening barbecue which had a lively soul singer didn't leave us the same. It was really an evening to remember, the entire restaurant was lively and the dinners were really on point.its was really an awesome Friday evening.

I was part of the conference meeting that took place at Lake Victoria hotel Entebbe and indeed it was a success. Special thanks goes to all the entire staff who went an extra mile to see that our stay was a comfortable and unique one, not forgetting their services and delicious meals for buffet and breakfast.
