Pro: vicino all'aereoporto e bellissimo giardino esterno. Contro: staff pessimo, totale mancanza di volontà e disorganizzato (es. non ci sono venuti a prendere in aereoporto nonostante fosse stato concordato; preparazione dei pasti lunghissima e risultato scadente). In caso di Black out non c'è il generatore e siamo rimasti una sera e notte intera senza acqua né luce.

Bella struttura, essenziale ma funzionale, con tutte le caratteristiche per un buon soggiorno. Personale molto cordiale e professionale, stanze ampie e pulite, ambiente esterno curato e tranquillo. Il prezzo è adeguato, e comprende anche la colazione.

This place is OK for basic accommodation, but you can do better for the price. It's not as nice as it appears in the photos. They also didn't have my reservation handy and I had to show them my booking receipt. They have friendly staff and good food.

Always nice to be welcomed by staff - day or night - who have worked at a hotel or guesthouse for a long time. You feel like you're among friends! Thank you Josh, Martin, Alice, Annette and team. I love the front part of the compound, dominated by a mature mango tree. Rooms are basic but clean. #Entebbe #diaryofamuzungu

Arrived to general disorganisation, seemed a surprise that guests turned up despite being booked 4 weeks ago. Half hardly showed a room to see if we wanted it. We agreed as we had been on the road for nearly 4 hours. Next WiFi patchy at best, certainly not high speed. Lunch was a bother and took them over 1 hour to present barely edible soup. This was returned. No concern shown or offer of an alternative given. Dinner, half cold tasteless spaghetti bolognaise that was barely edible- again returned. We have been travelling around Africa so used to various standards of food. This has to be the worst yet. I appreciate individual tastes, but some concern to see if something could be done would have made a huge difference. In short I went 24 hours with no food. The pros ; near the airport. Rooms are average. The best thing about this property was the cat Ricky. Displayed more concern and customer care than the actual staff.

We stayed here two nights - when we first arrived and after our 2 week tour of Western Uganda ended. It’s a popular budget guesthouse that various tour companies appear to use. We booked on our own though. They arranged a pick up at the airport for US$15, which went smoothly. And the place is safe and clean. The bedsheets were surprisingly comfortable. The guys running the place are nice when things aren’t too busy. But it’s an aging place. We didn’t have running water for a few hours the evening of our first night. And the second time we stayed, the shower had a bit of an electrical issue. The food is simple but takes a while to prepare. For faster food, order the pizza, which is delivered. It’s a good place if you’re just spending the night and leaving the next day - and don’t want to spend much on a place in Entebbe. The garden atmosphere is nice. The wifi works when you’re in or just outside the office, and it isn’t strong (like in most budget places in Uganda).
