TownePlace Suites Pensacola West I-10

Lovely, newer hotel located right off the highway. Plenty of well lit parking even with extended parking spots for moving trucks! Check in was easy even late in the evening and the front desk attendant (Marcisa?) was very kind and helpful. Room 227 was a very nice, large one bedroom upgraded room and very clean. We felt treated well as Titianium members. The drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom was a little unsightly but of course it is obviously there for a good reason. The morning reception lady was also very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and there were plenty of useful kitchen supplies. The coffee pods and tea was fully stocked with the Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was well organized and a good variety. Would have liked some boiled eggs and regular sausage (only turkey sausage available). The hostess was very nice and took very good care of the breakfast station. The lobby was very clean and overall the hotel was great in it's class of hotels. We would definitely recommend staying here and even staying here and driving to the beach from this location.

Nice clean hotel but the shower was cold and breafast wasnt open at 6 so cold shower and no food

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the time if arrival until we check out, the staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change would be the layout to where the TV could be viewed from the sofa. As it it we could only see the TV from the bed. Other than that....it was excellent!
