Menu du 31.12.24…euh par quoi commencer …cocktail de départ + que trop fort sans intérêt . Menu bon mais …service trop long et le pire de tout de tout de tout…ni le personnel ni l’orchestre n’a annoncé à la salle qu’il était minuit! La honte quand ce fut une cliente qui cria BONNE ANNÉE …non mais allo on est où, même pas un petit désolé du staff!!! Du coup aucune coupe de champagne ni rien pour fêter la nouvelle année après un menu annoncé 89 euros par émail pour finir 95 euros sur la carte. PLUS JAMAIS PLUS JAMAIS!!

Great stay!
Awesome place! Definitely my favourite for the trip. Beautiful old building but renovated inside. Beds were reasonably comfortable by European standards. Nice elevator and common areas. Great breakfast the evening concierge I dealt with was amazing. He was very helpful with my luggage and with suggestions. It didn’t bother me, but some people may be concerned as there is not really a bathroom, but separate toilet and shower/sink areas with glass doors for both.

Bel établissement dans une maison historique. Chambre supérieure douillette, excellente literie , l'équipement est digne des 4 étoiles. L'accueil est chaleureux et aux petits soins. On avait réservé, annulé puis reporté suite à 1 box. La personne qui a géré a été charmante et très compréhensive. Bon rapport qualité/ prix du restaurant. Les plats sont copieux et de qualité honnête. Merci pour ce séjour.

Excellent et confortable hotel dans une jolie localité. Très bonne literie. Personnel aimable et souriant. Restaurant un peu cher et un peu lent mais bon. Délicieux petit déjeuner servi par une dame attentionnée. Une bonne adresse en Alsace.

Hôtel très confortable dans un immeuble historique, très bon restaurant un peu cher. Personnel jeune et sympathique. Ménage laissant un peu à désirer. Araignées dans la salle de bains. Mais hôtel situé au pied de la prison centrale, particularité un peu étonnante et signalée nulle part…

Prima hotel. Perfect uitgeruste grote kamer. Ee Knel spijtig dat het restaurant op zondag gesloten was. Enige nadeel: geen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto.

Chambre, parking & services de qualité. Malgré la fermeture exceptionnel du restaurant, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à deux pas. Le petit déjeuner était à a hauteur de la prestation. Je recommande!
